Can Endtime Youth Corp Affect a Youth Group?
Recently I was asked the question, “Can Endtime Youth Corps affect a youth group?” Automatically my answer was a resounding yes. However, the question to be answered is not if it will have an affect, but rather how large of an affect can Endtime Youth Corps have on a youth group? Our central theme around the corp has been an explosion, and that is exactly what comes to mind when I am asked this question. One definition of explosion describes it as a sudden, rapid, or great increase. This is exactly what this youth group has experienced since the introduction of this ministry- sudden, rapid, and great increase.
Month’s prior, leading up to the introduction of Endtime Youth Corps, our youth group had been going through several trials and storms. We were shaken, but not defeated. Endtime Youth Corps was exactly what we needed; it was the fuel that caught our youth group on fire. With two baptized and two receiving the Holy Ghost in our very first service, we immediately began feeling a revival spirit. Since then it has begun to spread like wildfire. It has not stopped with the youth group, but it is the exuberant revival spirit among the youth that has caused a spark to fall upon the congregation as a whole. We are experiencing praise and worship on a higher echelon now then ever before, and God is pouring out his spirit each time that we gather.
So, when asked, “Can Endtime Youth Corps have an affect on a youth group?” my answer is yes. It can have a great positive affect on not only a youth group, not only on a congregation as a whole, but on an entire city! We are a testament to that fact.
