Cody Gosnell's Testimony
My name is Cody Gosnell. I am 15 years old and I want to share something that God has done for me. I was diagnosed with epilepsy when I was three years old, and I had to take medicine to control my seizures, the seizures caused me a lot of problems, learning problems, health problems and I had headaches all the time. I missed a lot of school and never had a lot of friends who understood what I was going through.
In Oct 2006 I went to a revival my church was having...my dad is a preacher and we are very involved in our church...which is a non-denominational church, which teaches the Word.
During that revival the Lord spoke to me...and told me if I had faith then I could be rid of my seizures forever. I was saved when I was 9, and I have always loved the Lord, but that night he spoke to me in a different way. I ask for prayer, and gave my life totally over to God...I surrendered all my past hurts and pain.....and God healed me. I haven't taken any medicine since Oct 31, 2006 (the night of this meeting) and that was 14 months ago. I haven't suffered one seizure or one headache since. I was able to catch up with my 9th grade class, and by the end of the school year in May 2007 I was on grade level in all subjects. My neurologist confirmed that I am HEALED...AND even my neurologist had to admit that it was by divine work that I received that healing.
I want to share with the world what God has done for me...because the same God in the Bible is still God today. The same Jesus that healed and delivered in the Bible...still heals and delivers today. He is the same yesterday, today and forever.
